Darren Pratley, Scunthorpe, Swansea, Championship, Liberty StadiumSwansea midfielder Darren Pratley believes that Scunthorpe, who beat Sheffield United 4-0 in midweek, will provide stiff competition.

He said: “Scunthorpe will be a tough game especially with the manager (Nigel Adkins) moving (to Southampton).

“It’s always a battle against Scunthorpe and we’ll have to make sure we play the way we did the other night (against Coventry City).”

Scunthorpe are hoping defender Rob Jones (knee) will be fit after he missed the midweek victory at Sheffield United.

Winger Garry Thompson (groin) remains sidelined and on-loan left-back Jim McNulty (ankle) is also thought to miss out.
